What a Build-Out Is

Not every golf studio needs to be delivered. If you've already got the space, we come to you.

We design and build a complete golf simulator into your garage, basement, or bonus room. You pick the room, we handle the rest. Screen, enclosure, hitting bay, technology, finishes, and the know-how to make it all work together. When we're done, you open the door and play.

It depends on what you're after. A complete delivered Studio ONE starts at $39,900 plus delivery, taxes, and permits. A build-out into your existing space starts lower, since you're providing the room. The honest answer is we'll give you a real number after we understand your space and goals. No inflated "from" prices to reel you in.

A build-out is typically [CONFIRM] once we start. A delivered Studio ONE is manufactured at our facility and set on your pad in a single delivery. We'll give you a real timeline up front, not a someday.

Depending on your city and setup, a delivered studio may require permits. We walk you through exactly what's needed for your property. It's part of the conversation before you order, never a surprise after.

Studio ONE has a 12 x 16 footprint and fits most backyards. Build-outs need adequate ceiling height and room. The first thing we do is come see your space in person, so you'll know before you commit whether it works.
