When you fill out our contact form, request a quote, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect:

Payment Information
We do not collect, store, or process payment card information directly. All online payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay through our Pro Shop, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive only a transaction confirmation and order summary. We have no access to your raw card data and carry no PCI responsibility for online transactions.
For in-home build-outs and other services requiring direct invoicing, payment arrangements are handled separately and do not involve submission of card data through our website.
3.HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
- Process and fulfill orders
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and services
- Communicate with you about your order or project

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects usage data including pages viewed, session duration, and general location. This data is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Vercel Analytics

Resend
We use Resend to deliver transactional and marketing emails. When you submit a contact form or place an order, your name and email address may be passed to Resend solely for the purpose of sending you a response or confirmation. Stripe
Online payments through our Pro Shop are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment and billing information directly. We receive only a confirmation of transaction. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.
We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking tools at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
6.COOKIES
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and site functionality. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Note that disabling cookies may affect certain site functionality.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
7.DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining records of transactions and communications, or as required by law.
